TRAINING
We attach great importance to offering our employees the best possible training, because they are basis of our production and therefore also of our success. We have had a training ratio of about 10 per cent for many years; the number of skilled workers is around 70 to 80 per cent.
Beyond that it important to us to enter into long-standing relationships with our employees in order to benefit from their continuously growing know-how for many years. Thanks to a good corporate culture our skilled staffs are highly motivated and this has allowed us to gain a leading position in drive and surface treatment technology over the years.
