New measuring machines for quality control during production

We have purchased a MarShaft SCOPE 600 plus 3D measuring machine to enable us to check the work results quickly and easily during production. It can be used to check shafts with different diameters, recesses and flat surfaces, for example. The machine uses two methods. On the one hand, length dimensions are checked using an optical measurement in the accuracy range of a few µm. On the other hand, the machine also has the option of tactile measurement using a probe. This means that roundness, flat surfaces or the parallelism of several keyways can also be checked in one measuring process. Thanks to the 3D functionality, form and position tolerances can also be checked on the machine.  
We have invested in a MarForm MMQ 400 as a second reinforcement in the measuring laboratory. This allows form and position tolerances to be checked quickly and easily. It is also possible to carry out roughness, waviness and contour measurements.

Both machines make us faster in the production-parallel intermediate inspection of our components. The accuracy is perfectly adequate for this. At the same time, our high-precision tactile gear measuring machines are kept free for the final inspection of other gears at the same time.
