In our Gear Technology Business Unit we manufacture high quality gear wheels and drive components for almost every sector of industry. In addition to spur, bevel and screw wheels, we manufacture shafts, flanges, sensor wheels, hubs and other gearing parts with both internal and external meshing.

We can also complete almost every type of grinding work and we focus on a diameter range up to around 600 mm as well as small and medium batch sizes. We have a special production section with the appropriate technologies for manufacturing standard products in large quantities. Spur and gear wheels are milled, shaped, heat-treated and ground using various methods as required by our customers.

We also have an IT system which is connected online to the machine for the individual design, improvement and correction of high precision bevel gears. Internal gearing can be supplied with a ground finish to order.

We complete contract work in our heat treatment system with metallurgy.
